“These aren't the same measurements that the size guide says they are. They are at least an inch shorter in length. I got the XL and it's supposed to be 28.7in front length, but it's only 27.7in. Every inch counts when you're 6'5". This sweater looks amazing. I love the textures and coloring and feel. Tried to contact customer support, but they're charging me for return shipping despite the issue being with manufacturing and not my preference. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now, but they're just ghosting me and not responding at this point.
I would definitely recommend this sweater, but make sure to size up if you're taller so you don't have to deal with customer support. Rating low just because of the crappy experience.”
“The site is great, well designed and easy to use. Model measurements really helpful. Everything was delivered quickly and nicely packaged. The range you stock is perfect. Just enough choice to find something you like without things becoming cluttered.
A small suggestion would be to include basic colourway options (white and black) on certain products. That could come across as boring, but based on your other colours I think you could come up with interesting variations of blacks and whites.”
