“These aren't the same measurements that the size guide says they are. They are at least an inch shorter in length. I got the XL and it's supposed to be 28.7in front length, but it's only 27.7in. Every inch counts when you're 6'5". This sweater looks amazing. I love the textures and coloring and feel. Tried to contact customer support, but they're charging me for return shipping despite the issue being with manufacturing and not my preference. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now, but they're just ghosting me and not responding at this point.
I would definitely recommend this sweater, but make sure to size up if you're taller so you don't have to deal with customer support. Rating low just because of the crappy experience.”

They sent me a voucher and it’s not even working, it says the voucher is not active anymore?! I tried to contact the brand many times and no response at all. This item is very poor quality (70% polyester) and costs more than 100 pounds. It is a rip off. You can get a way nicer 100% cashmere jumper from Uniqlo for less. I bought an item in two sizes in the sale, with the intention of sending one size back. At no point was it clearly flagged that this would not be possible during the purchase process, so my assumption was, as it’s industry standard, this would not be an issue.
Jack in customer service team has this far refused to process a refund.
Very disappointing and punitive policy.
Please help me to resolve this asap or I will not be recommending.

“i followed your sizing guide and the pants didnt fit and when i wanted to exchange for a bigger size i was told i needed to pay for my own shipping and ups and usps provided me with costs of 48-300 dollars im not paying that to exchange a pair of pants that i paid 80 dollars for. if a company cant do the bare minimum to help me complete my purchase with actual value why would I return or rate them highly”

“After coming across multiple ads for Bound, I was always intrigued by your products. However, not being able to see the products in person is a big blocker for me because I like to to see whether clothes will fit me well or test the material before following thorugh with the purchase. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to follow through with a purchase. I was really dissapointed with the size because it did not match what was outlined on the website. Then I got really frustrated with the returns process. For an online based company, the returns process is terrible. Despite sending the product back, I have not received a single piece of communication about my return or refund. For a brand trying to sell products at a premium price and online exclusive, you would expect a quality service for returns. How else can you have customer try on your clothes and decide if they want to keep it or not? I've lost out on money by having to pay for delivery and then having to pay the fee for returns. All of this without knowing whether my return was accepted or if my refund is on the way. Will not ordering again because”
“The garments feel a cheaply made. The fleece has raw edges inside that make it scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. In addition, the sizing is crazy. I purchased the Baxter sweater in XS and it fits like a large, I had to give away everything because nothing fit.”
