Very poor customer experience and service. I bought an item in two sizes in the sale, with the intention of sending one size back. At no point was it clearly flagged that this would not be possible during the purchase process, so my assumption was, as it’s industry standard, this would not be an issue. Jack in customer service team has this far refused to process a refund. Very disappointing and punitive policy. Please help me to resolve this asap or I will not be recommending. Thanks
