“£80 is expensive for a plain sweatshirt, so I was anticipating good quality. The sweatshirt was thin, flimsy and absolutely not worth the price tag. I would have returned it but I refuse to pay another £5 in shipping to be denied a refund and given store credit. I will not be shopping at bound again.”
“Unfortunately, I didn't like the quality or the cut of the products. You could tell that it was made in China. I expected much better quality for the price and felt cheated.”
“sizing is not consistent with other retailers, as such both items needed to be returned. Upon mreturn my order bounced back with no explanation from bound- very frustrating”

“Nice coat but super crumpled from the packaging. Needed to steam out the crumples but this has now slightly altered (bobbling effect) the wool/ polyester fabric. Looks a bit beaten up now.”
“They’re nice trousers but I put them on a 10 minute 30 degree wash and they’ve shrunk already - unfortunate as not the usual high quality I’ve come to expect and love from bound, never mind though.”
“Really disappointed with my order, did the size guide to find the perfect fit and the items sent are no we’re near the size guide description. Although the trousers appear to be a cropped straight leg, they fit like carrot fit and are definitely not cropped at the leg. Either that or the size guide is wrong and all trousers are a standard 32” leg. I contact Bound about the trousers and how disappointed I was but no reply or acknowledgment of the message. Thought I had found the perfect company as I really like the style of all the items and it does appear to be high quality. But after my first order and how disappointed I was on the items I don’t know if I’ll purchase another item. Really disappointed”
“I am a fan of bound and have purchased a few items over the years however i recently bought some shorts and the stitching quality is very poor. Not even a week in and they look years old. They will fall apart in the short term and im not doing any heavy duty things in them. Not sure if ill get them again if they are like this”
