Customer service was very unhelpful and I stopped recommending the brand to my friends who have complimented my items.”

Thanks for your recent purchase. When you reported this issue I can see we responded the next day. We also provided a goodwill discount for the future and a pre paid returns label.
In an instance like this we do wait for the product to arrive back to us. Before sending a replacement or refund. Which has now been processed.
