The website is really easy to navigate and I found the products that I needed easily. My order was dispatched promptly once they had received the prescription from my vet and it was delivered to my house in a couple of days. This is the first time I have used this service and I have been very impressed with how easy it was to use. I just have one criticism - the prescription is clearly from a vet and for a dog to have oral medication - please could you provide a mini syringe next time? Thank you
