HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“Dreadful service. Firstly they lost my prescription when I rang chasing the medication they looked and found it. The medication took over 2 weeks My pet unfortunately ran out of medication in the process. In summary dreadful service and no longer financially viable versus their competitors”

Dear Chrissy Lomas, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation caused, particularly as we fully understand how important it is that pets receive their medication without any interruption. After carefully reviewing your account, we identified that you had two separate customer profiles registered under different email addresses. One account contained your repeat prescription and previous orders, while the newer account held your most recent order. This meant that the prescription was not lost, but was held on the alternate account and therefore was not automatically linked to your latest order. Both accounts have now been merged into a single profile, as previously agreed with you, so that all prescriptions and orders are correctly linked going forward and to help prevent any similar issues in the future. As soon as this was identified, your order was immediately passed to our dispensary and dispatched the following day. We truly value your custom and would very much welcome the opportunity to continue supporting you in the future. Please be assured that we would be more than happy to assist with any future orders and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
