HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“Great product but one of the bottles was cracked and leaked over the others so had to clean everything in the box. Luckily I had an empty bottle and was able to decant what remained in the cracked bottle so it wasn't wasted.”

We understand the inconvenience this caused, particularly having to clean the contents of your order. While we're glad you were able to save the remaining product by transferring it to an empty bottle, this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. “Amazing pharmacy - used several times now and fast efficient and keep you informed. My last order was incorrect and at first I thought I’d made the mistake when ordering! But after checking the order details the mistake had happened at Weldricks. I contacted their customer service and spoke to a lovely lady - Katherine. She immediately arranged for the correct items to be posted out (received within 2days) and for a prepaid return label so that I could post the incorrect items back. Thank you”
