HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“I have been ordering from Weldricks for a number of years now primarily buying eye drops and ointments. The process has always been easy with prompt delivery. My only comment would be I unable to buy more than 4 of a certain eye ointment at each order now whereas before I could order more.”

“Dear Joanne Thankyou for the credit but as you will appreciate it no way cancels the extra cost incurred by purchasing directly from the vets. What I found extremely frustrating was the phone number provided simply did not work and the email I sent was returned using your standard letter with obviously no investigation made to my request. I will be using your company again but I will allow many more days for you to process the order than your website states. Regards A much poorer Tim Allen”

“Items are good value, more often than not available (If they have not been there has been a national shortage of an item), and have arrived on time (Royal Mail) and well packaged. These are all reasons to use Weldrick's and keep on doing so. The "bulk" purchases are even better value.”
