HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“I found Weldricks Pharmacy to be good. Efficient service. Easy to use website. My only issue, which may not be their fault, is that the item (medication for my dog) took a bit longer to arrive than anticipated. But, that would not stop me from using them again as overall, a good experience.”

Dear Kim Pearson Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have felt you often need to chase us for dispatch updates. That is not the experience we want customers to have. I have checked your most recent order which was placed on Monday 13 April at 6.56pm. It was dispatched on Saturday 18 April and delivered on Tuesday 21 April. I agree that the dispatch took longer than it should have felt from a customer perspective. We do state at the point of ordering that dispatch can take 3 to 5 working days and delivery is then typically 1 to 3 working days depending on the service selected. Your order was delivered within those stated timeframes. However, the key issue you are raising is the need to chase and the lack of reassurance while you are waiting and we should handle that better. Taking your comments on board we are tightening our order updates so customers receive clearer progress notifications and do not feel they have to chase to find out what is happening.
