HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“I have used Weldricks for years however, I usually order my dog's Meds when I have about a week or so left on her eye ointment, as the preparation and shipping takes about 5 to 6 days. They have very good customer service and with my Vet prescription sent via my Samsung tablet (picture); it's simple and easy.”

“I have been purchasing my pet prescriptions from them (insulin) which has to be refrigerated. This time it was handed to me from underneath the counter. I did nut accept. It was replaced by head office 2 days later. Expensive lesson to be learnt”

“Easy to order my dog's medication and upload the prescription - also very well priced - however, my only bugbear is they seem to be very slow to despatch & deliver - I have to allow at least 10 days before current meds run out to be sure I will have them in time. Once I left it a little close to the line and emailed to ask a massive favour and expidite if possibe - They said no - made it with a day to spare though! *phew*”
