HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

Dear Gail Davey I am very sorry to learn from this review that our delivery partners Royal Mail have not delivered your order, even though we dispatched it via them on the 23rd June. I have tried to trace your order in the Royal Mail system but I have not been able to as their tracking records for your order have not been updated since the 25th June. I fully appreciate that our delivery partners can potentially be a weak link in our chain of getting goods from our despatch team into our customers hands and we do monitor performance and review that with them. We believe they share our desire to try and deliver everything without event and in good condition so when things go wrong, we try to work with them in a partnership, sharing problems with them and trying to understand why and how something happened, rather than just making excuses and blaming them. Please be re-assured that this is being discussed actively with our Royal mail account handlers. I totally understand your frustration with the situation and will make sure that a replacement order is sent out to you to arrive with you at the first available opportunity. “I have been buying my eye drops from Weldricks online for several years now, and as always, the process is easy - (of course they ask good questions about why i'm using these eye drops) to order online. “Always very pleased with my orders from Weldricks Pharmacy. Everything is wrapped up really well, I'd ordered some Diabetic marmalade and the jars were all double wrapped in bubble wrap bags. Everything I'd ordered was sent, plenty of packing which kept everything safe. Always impressed with anything I've ordered from this company.”

“I found that weldricks pharmacy very good on prices and goods plus delivery was also good and no damaged to the package. Everything I wanted was available, nothing out of stock, I will be using Weldricks again next time for my main pharmacy items. Well done and keep up the good work.”
