HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“I had an unfortunate incident recently, regarding a delivery which leaked in transit. Spoke to customer services and sent photos as evidence, resulting in a free replacement with no quibble.”

“I am very happy with the service, particularly because I can now get a delivery through Amazon. It took about 4 days to arrive but hopefully delivery will be faster going forward. It is MUCH BETTER than the previous delivery service with Royal Mail which was pretty rubbish.”

“Having used several online websites I thought I'd give Weldricks a go. Very competitive prices compared to others. It was an easy ordering process albeit the time taken to receive my meds was not as quick as some of the others I have bought from. I am hoping this was just down to me being a new customer and the set up processes. Will I be using Weldricks again? Most definitely!!”

“Delivery was good and would use again but the two day delivery service took a week which is unfortunately not good or correct so maybe the delivery should be altered on your website as 7 day delivery. Also do you stock fenjal body powder? Many thanks A happy customer even though the delivery dates were wrong 😊”

“I have used Weldricks for some years for my private prrescription pet drugs. The service has always been professional (e.g. checking the prescri[tions snd seeking clarity of requitred). I would have given it 5 stars but over the last year or so the speed of processing and of the delivery service has slipped to the point where what used to be a 3-5 day turnaround is now more like 10 days. That creates problems in supply, especially when it is a new med or when the vet changes a dose.”

“A good service. The only reservation is that I needed some pills before going abroad and asked for them to be sent urgently and was told this was not possible. There was no urgent delivery service so I had to wait until the pills arrived”

“Weldricks are usually the cheapest place for over the counter medications when I search. Ordering is relatively simple. My only gripe is they used to allow click and collect at all my local stores but now have limited it to stores that aren't local. This is an added cost as I have to have it delivered now, and not very environmentally friendly.”
