HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“Brilliant service, excellent communication throughout. The injectable medicine for our cat which had to be kept cool was delivered to time and in fantastic cold packaging; beautifully done. And all at half the price our vet would have charged for the same medication. Unfortunately, Weldricks were not able to supply the syringes necessary for administration of the medication, but I was able to purchase these via Amazon so it wasn't a big problem.”

“I have always been pleased with my parcels from Weldricks which arrive on time and are well packed. Why is it that I cannot order four bottles of Lactulose as I always did but am now restricted to two?”

“item arrived satisfactory, however, I only got an email to say the item had been posted a week after the order was placed, considering the item was in stock, why a week to start the postage ?, I would use again, only if I was prepared to wait a while, but overall, satisfied.”

“I was really pleased to be able to buy 6 months of meds for my dog (with prescription) so i saved on postage costs. Not the quickest service but everything was present and correct.”

“They were very prompt at sending the product out just a shame they use dpd as there courier asked for a delivery in a certain place just dumped on doorstep now trying to find where parcel is as not on doorstep”

Dear Darren Damon, I am very sorry to learn from this review that our delivery partners have not delivered your order. On further investigation I can see that your parcel was not left in a safeplace and has gone missing, even though you had left specific instructions. DPD have been investigating this incident and we are unfortunately waiting for their investigation to be completed. Thank you for speaking with my customer service colleague this morning and I am glad that we have been able to resolve the issue. I have escalated this to our account manager, to ask for their assistance in understanding what has happened to your order and why.
