As a very satisfied returning customer I was surprised to find a shortfall in my last order when it was delivered.
I promptly contacted the customer services department by phone and advised the agent of the discrepancy in my order. The customer services agent was most helpful, arranging for the missing items to be dispatched to me and initiating an in-house check to identify how the error had occurred.
I received the shortfall items the next day and still remain a very satisfied Weldricks customer who is very impressed with the customer services department.
