One of the tests of a good company is how they perform when something goes wrong. I've been a Weldricks customer for two or three years, always good value on their fairly limited range and quick delivery with no problems. My latest order contained a minor error in that a wrong item had been included, simple human error. The monetary value was negligible, but I reported it, basically to keep them on their toes. My comments were addressed very quickly, particularly as it was bank holiday weekend. The correct item was quickly sent to me and there were no instructions to return the surplus item, which was very sensible considering its low value. So thank you for your service Weldricks, you still deserve five stars.
