I've always believed that when a problem arises, that gives the company the opportunity to show the customer how good they are. I recently had a problem with an order (which I think was an issue with their supplier). Weldricks couldn't have handled it any better. Communication was great, and the issue resolved as soon as possible. Happy to use Weldricks again, and recommend to others.
