Always excellent service & my parcel comes very well packed. I have shared your details with some of my customers & my colleagues who purchase medication at high street stores, very often more expensive. I don't think I wait very long for my parcels, the only thing I have noticed is that you now charge for me to collect my items. That has been the last couple of times, I would prefer to collect as very often the drivers don't take my preference & leave it in full view of the jo public walking by. I no longer have a wall & gate so anyone can walk on my drive while I'm at work & take my parcel. I ask for them to be delivered to my back door inside my back gate. Again this doesn't always happen, not just your delivery people, this kind of worries me, when I get a photo & it's at the front door all day.
