The service from Wellocks at Home has been fantastic! The quality of the products is excellent and we have never been disappointed with what we have received. The delivery drivers have all been very pleasant and chatty. Customer service has been amazing especially when the odd item hasn’t turned up in the delivery box. There is never any question or quibbling, they just provide a refund for the item there and then. Any time I have contacted them they have been extremely helpful. Having the email with a delivery slot timing is great however it would be even better if that was sent out the day before rather than during the early hours of the morning of the delivery especially if it is an early slot. If the weather is damp or wet I prefer to take the box in straight away rather than have it sit on the damp floor of the porch area even if it is covered a bit. Having the email a bit earlier means I could be up to receive it when it comes rather than leave it outside. Also it would be useful if you have a late delivery slot that the customer service was available at that time if the box doesn’t arrive for some reason which has happened a couple of times, rather than have to wait until the following morning to make the call. However, all in all it has been totally worth it, especially through the pandemic as I have been shielding and we are very happy to continue with deliveries in the future, pandemic or not.
