Mostly good produce delivered on time. Just recently some vegetables have not been in good condition. And you are sending a box containing only 2 loaves, wrapped in wool insulation, which is a waste. Hence 4 not 5

At first this was an ok service and now its not good. DHL delivery has meant items crushed and broken. Past few months items have been substituted for lower quality goods. Your website is really bad to manage orders... I cancelled my order and it was delivered twice, now i have an order arriving Saturday that I cancelled online.

The produce has been very good but sadly the packaging is not always treated well by the transporter There is a good deal of fleece and ice packets which are beginning to pile up in our garage. Is there some way of recycling them as there is only so many cushions I can make

The produce is good and packaged to minimise damage. However, this now means we have numerous gel ice packs and the woollen packing. Disposal of these is now problematic and not particularly environmentally friendly. There needs to be a returns option with each new delivery. Secondly, we have had deliveries not requested and so have had a glut of produce, some of which has been shared but other wasted. Again, this is wasteful.

Had found the standard of contents very good before the recent few weeks pause and would have given it 5 stars but since the restart have found them not to be as good. On 3 July a head of brocolli was delivered and it had gone off by the next day and had to throw away. I also ordered extra fruit with my voucher and the strawberries and raspberries went over very quickly. I also "redeemed" some of my accumulated points (200) after the return for the first time but did not see a reduction in my bill so not sure what happened to them - I still have 2 more to redeem but need to know what doing wrong before I do so. The items seemed a little fresher this last weekend but wonder if the new delivery company may be the problem as you are now using insulation and water coolers in the boxes when before think the vehicle itself might have been cooler.

We like the quality and the mix of fruit and vegetables in our vegebox. We appreciate the new wool insulation. We are considering ways of recycling it. We understand that Able & Cole will take not needed packs back. Is it the same for you?

I ordered edible petals which were great. I also ordered strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I understand that fruit doesn’t travel well but it went off after 1 day. The raspberries were completely squashed on arrival and were inedible.

Excellent produce and wonderful packaging. I took a star off for the radically depleted choice of grocery products. Restore please!

My 1st box was beautiful very healthy . 2nd one was cancelled. I should of received one today but im still waiting for it .my money was taken out of my account

Terrible service. My order was cancelled the day before delivery. More notice should have been given. It was clear that restaurants would be reopening and Wellocks should have been better prepared for this. A refund was given but this was not sufficient as the late cancellation caused me additional work and expense to find a new birthday gift at the last minute. Customer service was unhelpful when I pointed this out. I will not be using your service again and will not recommend it to any friends or family.

My order was cancelled by Wellocks only 2 or 3 days before the expected delivery date, leaving me without options for a special birthday dinner I had planned. Money was refunded straight away but I would have expected more and some kind of discount or money back for the hassle would have maybe enticed me to try ordering again. Needless to say I won't.
