At first this was an ok service and now its not good. DHL delivery has meant items crushed and broken. Past few months items have been substituted for lower quality goods. Your website is really bad to manage orders... I cancelled my order and it was delivered twice, now i have an order arriving Saturday that I cancelled online.

Had found the standard of contents very good before the recent few weeks pause and would have given it 5 stars but since the restart have found them not to be as good. On 3 July a head of brocolli was delivered and it had gone off by the next day and had to throw away. I also ordered extra fruit with my voucher and the strawberries and raspberries went over very quickly. I also "redeemed" some of my accumulated points (200) after the return for the first time but did not see a reduction in my bill so not sure what happened to them - I still have 2 more to redeem but need to know what doing wrong before I do so. The items seemed a little fresher this last weekend but wonder if the new delivery company may be the problem as you are now using insulation and water coolers in the boxes when before think the vehicle itself might have been cooler.

We like the range of vegetables very much but have stopped ordering fruit as we often found it damaged or not fresh enough-bananas badly bruised, pineapples brown inside and this was disappointing. So, we have found the quality variable.

Food was very good but a crate was missed off the delivery which meant lots of my order was missing. I was refunded the missing items in the end

The previous orders have been fantastic, but this one not so good. No rhubarb or substitute, I had to contact customer service. Also 1 grapefruit short of the 8 I ordered, and the coconut was completely mouldy when I opened it, was a bit disappointed this week. Prior to this delivery I would have rated 5 stars, so unfortunate

First delivery of Wellocks at home was quite disappointing for the price paid. No tomatoes arrived (auto refunded) and had a few freshness issues. One pack of lettuce was brown and slimy. Courgettes were damaged and the bananas were heavily bruised and not fresh so had to be slung. Rest of the produce was good but not ordered again. Disappointing as Wellocks were recommended by a few people that have not had these issues.

Hi. You included beetroots again (we are once a fortnight people for Wellocks). Don't mind making borscht now and then but... In past deliveries, a similar comment would have applied to your providing Jerusalem artichokes and "Heritage potatoes" twice in a row. Both of these are small veg which are either VERY time consuming to peel, leaving little to eat, or have to be washed and then eaten with their skins, which we don't mind too much if it's not two times on the run. We bought some beef tomatoes as an experiment. Unfortunately, as we feared could happen, they arrived pretty unripe and tasteless and have improved not at all by being left in the sun. The avocados: one rotten on arrival, the other just about edible when we waited 3 days. That's avocados for you, in all fairness. The oranges. Interesting variety. Impossible to peel without the flesh falling into juicy pieces. But delicious. The blood oranges: delicious, as usual. Here's a general comment, which all home grocery delivery companies might bear in mind. Just about every delivery contains items which we would never have put in our basket if we had been in the shop and selecting for ourselves. If you can train and reward whoever packs the boxes to pretend they were picking items for their OWN home, you are more likely to keep customers like us and encourage us to buy more from you. Last comment. The process of selecting items to add to an order is just too slow. If you want people to look at what might tempt them, you really must offer a quicker way to get a look-see. All the best Tom Mcneeney

Mostly good produce, value for money, but occasional 'tired' produce e.g. this week received a packet of old?? peas that blanched up after 1 minute as khaki and tough. Inedible, tossed them out. Cabbage slightly yellowing and flabby. Cabbage and peas previous fortnight were fresher. Also variety has diminished over the last year, this week got only 2 fruit - oranges and bananas.

I was very pleased with the veg boxes, but the last two I received were disappointing. The pears on the last 2 boxes were inedible, over ripe and bruised, only fit for the bin. The oranges went mildew quickly

Disappointed with the selection this week. Large number of carrots and bananas,5 beetroot and only 1 onion which is past its best. I would have preferred some more green vegetables such as kale, cavelo Nero or spinach to supplement the cabbage. Selection has become very monotonous each week: large amount of carrots and bananas every week together with courgette, red pepper and 2 lemons.

A convenient service although rather expensive. The range of fruit and veg can be rather limited eg oranges every single week since December.

I wonder whether you might consider a box for single people with more variety, half a cauliflower instead of a whole etc. The last few deliveries the potatoes sprout before the week is out - even when kept in the fridge. Otherwise happy.
