“Mostly good produce delivered on time. Just recently some vegetables have not been in good condition. And you are sending a box containing only 2 loaves, wrapped in wool insulation, which is a waste. Hence 4 not 5”

“The produce has been very good but sadly the packaging is not always treated well by the transporter There is a good deal of fleece and ice packets which are beginning to pile up in our garage. Is there some way of recycling them as there is only so many cushions I can make”

“The produce is good and packaged to minimise damage. However, this now means we have numerous gel ice packs and the woollen packing. Disposal of these is now problematic and not particularly environmentally friendly. There needs to be a returns option with each new delivery. Secondly, we have had deliveries not requested and so have had a glut of produce, some of which has been shared but other wasted. Again, this is wasteful.”

“We like the quality and the mix of fruit and vegetables in our vegebox. We appreciate the new wool insulation. We are considering ways of recycling it. We understand that Able & Cole will take not needed packs back. Is it the same for you?”

“We recently did one of the Masterclasses and, although it was quite a lot of work, we had great fun, learnt new tricks, and ate some lovely food, especially the crispy-on-the-outside soft boiled egg. A stunner. We have already booked the next Masterclass!”

“Absolutely love your produce only downside is the packaged veg you put in sugar snap green beans beetroot don't think these are in keeping with what you provide an eggs are broken almost every time”

“Wellocks delivery is good and reliable Wellocks' staff are always helpful on the phone with courteous delivery drivers.It is however important to eat some items particularly fruit, very soon after delivery as they do not always last more than a day or two .We are always pleased to see the fruit and veg box and appreciate the effort made to secure supplies throughout lock down.We expect to continue to use Wellocks even after the pandemic”

“Love the fruit and veg, fresh and excellent quality and flavour. Sometimes stretches our imagination with more unusual veg, good to stimulate us out of our usual choices. Could do with a few less carrots, though, tasty as they are. The only thing we can't use is the artichokes - plays up the IBS. Is it possible to request not to have those?”

“Good variety of items but exactly the same choice as last time. Quality generally good but this time cabbage limp, one of onions rotten (thrown away), likewise one of the 4 potatoes and bananas bruised. Still leaves an awful lot of good food. Have been enjoying the beetroot and oranges especially.”

“I love getting this box every week and the quality is very good but my only issue is that you can’t change anything in the box. So .. if you don’t like courgettes you may have to give them all to the neighbors!”

“Generally 1st class. Sometimes bananas deteriorate quickly and occasionally more carrots than potatoes. Citrus fruits very good also green produce has good shelf life. Thank you!! Sometimes a nice surprise addition. A valuable and welcome asset especially during covid.”

“Quality is good. Initially we got lots of variety and different things each week now we seem to get pretty much the same every time - Hope this will change with spring coming. When I’ve ordered extras - cheese and other things it’s been excellent.”
