“I am very happy with Wellocks. You have been absolutely amazing throughout Lockdown. I am so grateful. I would like to see more offers and savings please. Perhaps being able to choose in your boxes which are excellent by the way between having potatoes and sweet potatoes and having more exotic, different varieties.”

“Firstly, a big thank you to all at Wellocks who helped us through the first Lockdown and supplied us with regular boxes of food when the larger supermarkets let us down. Since then you have developed your web so that other items can be added or taken off - this is much better as families needs always change. The produce is great and smaller quantities a must. I'm aiming for more organic options and no plastic and would like to see more. Paper bags are great unless wet with fridge items - a cardboard box would be good for those items. Web is much easier, but still could do more to improve. Will try to keep using Wellocks, but can't all the time until you have more choices like Abel and Cole/Ocado etc. I would recommend Wellocks.”

“Fabulous quality fruit and vegetables. Their taste far superior to supermarket buys. Cheese selection excellent and ideal for me in quantity. All round excellence so thank you. PS...I ordered a salad box last time but received a veg box. I emailed but did not get a reply as it would ah e affected another customer who got my salad box! No response”

“The quality of produce is excellent and a very good variety. The customer service team were very helpful when I had to suspend the service briefly. Slight concern that my last delivery was cancelled due to product shortages am very hopeful that it will return to normal.”
