I ordered edible petals which were great. I also ordered strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I understand that fruit doesn’t travel well but it went off after 1 day. The raspberries were completely squashed on arrival and were inedible.

Had a problem with delivery and cancelled last thing on Friday I travel with work so didn’t have time to source other products. Asked to move delivery with same products to following week for ease and refund was provided promptly but inconvenient. Then sent a review for the order that didn’t arrive, it’s a shame.

I was not impressed with Wellocks at all. Their customer service team in particular were not clued in when it came to changing dates of orders, asking for status updates on orders (which they subsequently cancelled leaving me high and dry with days until my event) and one question re. Product remained unanswered. I will not be ordering from this place again and will inform friends fo steer clear as well.

At the start Wellocks last year was brilliant, however quality of the food ( fresh veg) got worst over the time, before Xmas I stopped ordering. To give another chance recently I have ordered again - and at first it said my delivery was delivered, but it wasn’t , and then it twice has been cancelled . So I won’t be using Wellocks again.

Well it’s a shame as it was for Easter and you lost it. You did call that morning. Shame our one abs only experience was this result. Two stars as you called.

During the first covid-19 lock down the service and produce was excellent. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the last few months, mouldy and bruised fruit and veg in boxes most weeks. Complained once and received a refund but who wants to keep complaining. When paying the price for quality you expect quality everytime. I have now cancelled my subscription.

I ordered Booja chocolates, two eggs and a box of chocolates, with the Indian painted containers. A lady kindly phoned to apologise that they didn’t have everything in and that they could send things out separately, which was nice, but I was OK to wait. Got an email a. few days later to say everything was out for delivery (middle of March) I expected a ring at the doorbell from the delivery person, instead my husband found a brown paper open bag on our doorstep that had been there for at least an hour. Of course he looked inside, which was a shame as the chocolates were an Easter gift for him. I have no idea who delivered them. The chocolates in the eggs were very rich, but nice and I decided to give the box of chocolates to a friend. She enjoyed them, but being a good friend felt she had to tell me the best before date was 20th February !!! How embarrassing and also that I didn’t check this on receipt. I should have phoned up Wellocks but I’ve had a string of disappointing internet purchases and am fed up having to complain. Instead, I won’t be buying food products over the internet. Overall quite disappointing considering how nice the website and products are.

Disappointed with freshness of produce. Often items went mouldy within a day or two. Reluctantly cancelled my orders for the future.

Their record system needs review - I was asked to review a delivery which is not due for a month!
