“The quality of produce is excellent and a very good variety. The customer service team were very helpful when I had to suspend the service briefly. Slight concern that my last delivery was cancelled due to product shortages am very hopeful that it will return to normal.”

“Very poor communication. No notification when order couldn’t be honoured. I ordered some meat for my sister & brothers birthday bbq Only notified on the day of delivery by an e-Mail of credit that it would not be delivered with no explanation of why. Orders delivered to wrong address. Think presentation of delivery is poor. A decent box would help. Will not use you again and not recommend you”

“I have had two deliveries cancelled and I am still awaiting my second refund. I am very disappointed that that your business model has proved not to be fit for purpose with the reopening of the hospitality trade. You have let down those who supported your business during the lockdowns. That said, if you restore “home services” I will consider continuing to use you.”

“I was not impressed with Wellocks at all. Their customer service team in particular were not clued in when it came to changing dates of orders, asking for status updates on orders (which they subsequently cancelled leaving me high and dry with days until my event) and one question re. Product remained unanswered. I will not be ordering from this place again and will inform friends fo steer clear as well.”

“Ordered edible flowers for a wedding cake. I was informed pretty late on the day they were supposed to be delivered that they couldn't be supplied. Will never use company again.”

“My delivery was cancelled and I was appalled by the poor communication. I phoned and was assured a manager would contact me, no one did, I just got an email. Not impressed.”

“Always a pleasure to receive a Wellocks delivery. Very good quality products that last well and are very tasty. Have ordered a few times and will order again. The vegitables and fruit are of the higest order. Nothing lost give Wellocks a try.”

“At the start Wellocks last year was brilliant, however quality of the food ( fresh veg) got worst over the time, before Xmas I stopped ordering. To give another chance recently I have ordered again - and at first it said my delivery was delivered, but it wasn’t , and then it twice has been cancelled . So I won’t be using Wellocks again.”

“Loved using Wellocks over the last 12 months. Their vegetables are full of flavour and fresh and their other products are always really good quality. Cacklebean Eggs - love their yolks. Fresh macaroni - makes amazing macaroni cheese. Any complaints - not really, because of the true nature of their business the range is limited, other than that they're brilliant. Always delivered on time, only once over many deliveries was a fresh product not great and they were happy to refund.”

“The products from Wellocks at Home, whether it's fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, flavour kits, chilled produce, have been of a very high standard and stay fresh in the fridge . Am super happy with the freshness and high standard of all items . I have re-ordered many times”

“We like the range of vegetables very much but have stopped ordering fruit as we often found it damaged or not fresh enough-bananas badly bruised, pineapples brown inside and this was disappointing. So, we have found the quality variable.”

“We got the latest cook at home Masterclass box! What a fantastic meal we had, all the ingredients were fresh and excellent quality. The videos showed you everything you needed to know, easy to follow.. the meal was excellent and super tasty, definitely restaurant quality... would highly recommend 😀”
