I have had two deliveries cancelled and I am still awaiting my second refund. I am very disappointed that that your business model has proved not to be fit for purpose with the reopening of the hospitality trade. You have let down those who supported your business during the lockdowns. That said, if you restore “home services” I will consider continuing to use you.
