What never ceases to amaze me, is that when I suggest an arrival time, that would be good but not vital, the order/gift ALWAYS arrives on that specified date. It's quite remarkable really, especially at the busiest times of the year. Owners are warm, caring people, despite the growth in, and current size of the business. Wouldn't deal with anyone else for this unique style of product.
