“What beautiful packages - had 3 boxes sent to a friend and her family after the passing of her father. Perfect for a family who was having lots of visitors over the time. The caring service from Valerie when I had ordered incorrectly was second to none - all done simply by email. Very grateful as I was ordering from Australia.”

“My daughter and son-in-law live in Auckland and the rest of the family is in the US. Sending them a gift from the US is not easy and its costly, so having the abilty to send a beatuful gift box with We Love Local full of treats they enjoy is so wonderful. The box itself is very nice and we love the idea of it containing locally souced items from various areas of New Zealand. We will defintely use We Love Local for future gifts.”

We're sorry you're disappointed, but we want to address this fairly. The popup you signed up through clearly states "Coupon valid for first-time purchases over $100. One per household." The signup email you received also states the code is for first-time customers only. The terms were visible before you claimed the offer and again when you received it. As a returning customer, the code couldn't be applied, and we explained this in our email to you. Your order was dispatched and delivered within two days during our busiest period of the year, when both we and the couriers were at full capacity. The gift box arrived on time and without any issues. A one-star review suggests a fundamentally poor experience. We'd understand that for a damaged product, missing items, or terrible service. But this was about a discount code you weren't eligible for, with terms that were displayed upfront. We offered to look into this further and see what we could do, but you left this review before giving us that chance. Ngā mihi, The We Love Local team
