Kia ora Ketiesha, Thanks so much for your feedback. Being sustainable with our packaging is very important to us, and we're continuing to reduce waste as much as possible. All our packaging is recyclable and/or reusable, including the wooden boxes as part of our return scheme, which allows recipients to send them back to us for reuse. We also use custom-made courier boxes to minimise waste and reduce transport emissions, and the wood wool used to protect products is fully compostable. Currently, we're working on removing the kraft paper used to protect the gift boxes during transport as a next step in our sustainability journey. We really appreciate your time to write a review. “I ordered the large Wild About Wellington box for my son who lives in New Zealand. He was delighted with the whole experience. He loved the way it was packed and was amazed by the variety and quality of the contents. It is commendable that only local products are included and I will definitely use this company again. “What never ceases to amaze me, is that when I suggest an arrival time, that would be good but not vital, the order/gift ALWAYS arrives on that specified date. It's quite remarkable really, especially at the busiest times of the year. Owners are warm, caring people, despite the growth in, and current size of the business. Wouldn't deal with anyone else for this unique style of product.”
