I ordered from the UK for my son's birthday in NZ. Valerie was so helpful with regard to the delivery as I wasn't sure if there was anywhere safe to leave the parcel. She also phoned him after delivery to check he had received it! And put a note on the box telling him not to open until a certain date! Fantastic customer service, cannot recommend highly enough :)
