I ordered a gift for a friend in NZ (I am based in the UK). The customer service was second to none - I got updates on the progress of my order and a personal email asking about where to leave the box if the recipient wasn't in. She wasn't, but the company arranged for a safe place for the delivery to be left. The hamper came in a sturdy, wooden reusable box and the items (food and drink) were really lovely, local and excellent quality. I would definitely use We Love Local again to order for friends in NZ.
