Well I couldn't of asked for better customer service from a company! I contacted the We Love local and within an hour of leaving a voicemail, I had a phone call from the Director Valerie who was extremely helpful and informative.
And despite the package never turning up (Not We Love Local's fault, this was due to NZ post!) Valerie was excellent at keeping in contact and made every effort to locate or organise the arrival of the gift box. I will definitely be ordering again sometime in the near future!
