Absolutely amazing and personal service, went out of their way to ensure a gift for my friend in hospital reached her despite her being suddenly moved from South to North island after dispatch. My friend was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the gifts in her 'Get well care package' and by their presentation and local origin. We love local enabled me to send a gift of love from the UK to NZ and couldn't have been more attentive and caring in their willingness to go the extra mile.
