What an amazing company! Their customer service is second to none. I ordered the Get Well Care package for a friend visiting NZ from the UK who'd unfortunately been admitted to hospital in Christchurch. However she was unexpectedly moved to Wellington before it was delivered. Valerie went out of her way to trace it and ensure she recieved it by communicating with both hospitals and calling me severel times in the UK. A thoroughly personal warm experience despite being conducted from the other side of the world. Thanks XX
