Absoloute above and beyond service from Valerie (Managing Director). NZ post did not deliver correctly and Valerie took it upon herself to personally chase this up and ensure the gift box was delievered on time and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of the box and the items within were also amazing! Thank you!
