They were exceptional to deal with, communication was so prompt I never had to wonder where the order/delivery was up to and the team went above and beyond. The website customisation for the boxes was simple, I loved that the pictures and descriptions immediately updated to reflect changes as they were selected. I absolutely will use them for any future gifts, it was so easy.
