Product was very late in arriving. Communication was very poor, and we had to keep reaching out to get any sort of update. When it did arrive, the assembly we paid extra for wasn't completed. We had to try to complete it ourselves, only to find out there were pieces missing. Emailed to complain and mentioned the missing pieces, and never even received a reply.
