The staff at willed were efficient in providing answers and offering any help needed in most cases.
My husband did send through some questions about the pre-paid cremations, which did take a while to respond to. An apology was forthcoming and accepted.
It should be made clearer that to purchase a pre-paid cremation package does allow a free will gift (OR to offer a $159 discount off the cremation package perhaps...)? However, not realising this fact, we paid for our wills first, and then decided to buy the cremation package. This, in effect, negates a 'real' gift or discount.
Overall though, a fruitful and satisfying experience.
