“All in all we had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although there was 1 guy I spoke to who was very difficult to understand due to his accent. I asked the first person I spoke to about what happens with the remains. Do we have to pick up or posted or can they be delivered personally (which is ideally what we wanted). I told him we definitely did not want the remains express posted. He took note of that and then said yes we can deliver personally. Then I found out a few days later, and after we accepted the Quote, that in fact Willed does not offer personally delivered remains, which we were disappointed in. Other than that, the experience we had with Willed was helpful, respectful & friendly.”

“All that you could ask for. We opted for the simple cremation and all went to plan, was kept up to date, pre filled forms made it easy - overall a great experience for a sad event. Thanks team!”

“I was very happy with the services. everything ran smooth and efficiently. I would definately use again and recomend the company to others. The let down was the ashes were posted and required a signature, the the delivery service Aust. Post? just left them on the front porch.”

“I spoke to Tania and she was very helpful assisting me with my funeral plan. The paperwork did take a few weeks to arrive. When I rang to chase it up staff were very helpful letting me know it was on the way”

“I wish to state for the record that my experience with Willed Law and particularly Kerry Pham was excellent. The company proved to be extremely honest and efficient and their fees very moderate and true to their fixed price policy, with no payment required until completion. Even though my case proved to be somewhat complicated, especially as I am located in the U.S.A., nothing was too much trouble for Kerry and she was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with matters, which were "out of the ordinary", in a professional and cheerful manner. “With so much emotion at the time of my father's death, Willed were able to calmly and compasionately steer me through the neccisarry steps someone needs to take, to organize a wonderful celebration of a life well lived. They were nothing short of outstanding in every department, and trust me when I say, they understand what you are going through, and are there every step of the way.
