“The staff at willed were efficient in providing answers and offering any help needed in most cases. My husband did send through some questions about the pre-paid cremations, which did take a while to respond to. An apology was forthcoming and accepted. It should be made clearer that to purchase a pre-paid cremation package does allow a free will gift (OR to offer a $159 discount off the cremation package perhaps...)? However, not realising this fact, we paid for our wills first, and then decided to buy the cremation package. This, in effect, negates a 'real' gift or discount. Overall though, a fruitful and satisfying experience. Thank you Willed team.”

“Both my husband and myself arranged our cremations with Willed. They were brilliant. Explained everything clearly, made sure we understood everything, then talked us through filling the forms in on line. Ariella was the lady who took such good care of us. Would highly recommend this service.”

“Good Afternoon, Last night I randomly selected Willed off Google to do my will on line. Being the age I am, technology and I aren't mates, so I was more than a little nervous. Anyhow to my surprise the proscess from form to payment was a breeze - big tick there for you guys. Today I had a couple of queries and called your 1300 #. The 2 ladies I spoke to Rachel and Hanna couldn'd have been more helpful, they have an excellcent phone manner and are a credit to this business. I wish them all the best. So much so I asked a mate of mine of 45 years + if he could be one of my witness' and he asked me if I could send him your details, which I have. Your question below about how quick the responce was - it was immediate ! - not under an hour. Kind Regards Chris Holmes”

“I highly recommend Willed! They took all the pain out of obtaining probate on my mother's challenging will contest. They were able to complete all of the necessary background to achieve success. Their fees are extremely competitive and I doubt you will do better. I dealt with Gemma at their Gardenvale office. I am very happy to have worked with a professional who kept me up to date every b step of the way. BTW I engeged Willed around October 2022 and only now got around to providing my feedback. Thank you Gemma.”
