Easy to navigate and when I had a question they answered the phone straight away and advised me how to adjust the things I needed with no fuss.

I am releived to be able to talk by phone with people at Willed. Especially since although trying many times since first trying to contact Willed by phone never has a willed person answered my phone and there is no message to help otherwise. So now I have phone numbers to contact some people at Willed directly. Actually using the Platform is reasonably easy to complete the essentials. There is a lot of depth which allows for loading much financial and social information. To help others to access as much about oneself and social affairs as one could wish. So a very good platform with lots of whistles as well as bells

The staff at willed were efficient in providing answers and offering any help needed in most cases. My husband did send through some questions about the pre-paid cremations, which did take a while to respond to. An apology was forthcoming and accepted. It should be made clearer that to purchase a pre-paid cremation package does allow a free will gift (OR to offer a $159 discount off the cremation package perhaps...)? However, not realising this fact, we paid for our wills first, and then decided to buy the cremation package. This, in effect, negates a 'real' gift or discount. Overall though, a fruitful and satisfying experience. Thank you Willed team.

Aaron was very helpful and informative with my questions regarding this service. He was very understanding and polite. I would recommend willed funeral services to anyone who may be thinking of taking this option in the future.

It is a great will for first-timers and easy to navigate plus the additional 12 months of free edits is wonderful. I do think there could be a few more options added so there is a chance to add further details but I’m very happy with this as my first will.

Quick and easy to do only suggestion I have is when you nominate executors is to include an area to add their date of birth as further proof of them.

Was simple and easy to use, the web layout, speed and access was great. Good description. My constructive feedback would be add a template sheet to help people remember what they have. As we know, creating a will has mixed emotions, for a better experience and helpful tool please consider adding a list of main categories with sub categories as a prompt, even in text box for end user to write it down via the web version or a print off. Even have a flow chart or description about what the steps are post an event happening, it can be confusing sometimes but having access to what the next steps would be is useful. E.g send a copy to person A, person B. If you have a pre-paid funeral arrangements send a copy of XX details etc. Overall very happy no feedback is not helpful. Unsure of the delivery as I completed mine online only 1 day ago.

Easy to fill in. enquiries answered promptly by both telephone and chat facility. minimum time required together with relevant advice re actions required for signatures and procedures after download of documents, comprehensive and easily understood.
