“All in all we had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although there was 1 guy I spoke to who was very difficult to understand due to his accent. I asked the first person I spoke to about what happens with the remains. Do we have to pick up or posted or can they be delivered personally (which is ideally what we wanted). I told him we definitely did not want the remains express posted. He took note of that and then said yes we can deliver personally. Then I found out a few days later, and after we accepted the Quote, that in fact Willed does not offer personally delivered remains, which we were disappointed in. Other than that, the experience we had with Willed was helpful, respectful & friendly.”

“I spoke to Tania and she was very helpful assisting me with my funeral plan. The paperwork did take a few weeks to arrive. When I rang to chase it up staff were very helpful letting me know it was on the way”

“I am releived to be able to talk by phone with people at Willed. Especially since although trying many times since first trying to contact Willed by phone never has a willed person answered my phone and there is no message to help otherwise. So now I have phone numbers to contact some people at Willed directly. Actually using the Platform is reasonably easy to complete the essentials. There is a lot of depth which allows for loading much financial and social information. To help others to access as much about oneself and social affairs as one could wish. So a very good platform with lots of whistles as well as bells”

“The staff at willed were efficient in providing answers and offering any help needed in most cases. My husband did send through some questions about the pre-paid cremations, which did take a while to respond to. An apology was forthcoming and accepted. It should be made clearer that to purchase a pre-paid cremation package does allow a free will gift (OR to offer a $159 discount off the cremation package perhaps...)? However, not realising this fact, we paid for our wills first, and then decided to buy the cremation package. This, in effect, negates a 'real' gift or discount. Overall though, a fruitful and satisfying experience. Thank you Willed team.”

“It is a great will for first-timers and easy to navigate plus the additional 12 months of free edits is wonderful. I do think there could be a few more options added so there is a chance to add further details but I’m very happy with this as my first will.”
