“Will is toooo long, compared with previous version done just a couple of years back. Could be condensed as is a simple and straight forward will. Having said that it appears to have the necessary components to face the challenge of probate when the time comes. Very convenient also being able to do online.”

“I purchased will service for both self and wife. I was promised (email response within hours) that they can make edits to my will. The initial process was smooth and fast and I got my initial draft done very quickly. Their web version doesn't allow you to edit standard clauses within the document (For example, if you want to exclude foreign assets, you can't edit online, you have to ask Willed Lawyers to edit). The lawyers at willed can make these edits for free but you got to be patient here as it may take weeks since it's offered for free, and they have limited capacity to do this. At the time of providing this review, I'm yet to get the will completed for self and partner. So far, my experience has been good, and I will update the review when complete with a better rating as the case may be.”

“A little perplexing in the overall format, 18 years ago my wife & I made a joint will this process does not appear to give this option,? perhaps I overlooked this section. Shall forward signed will ASAP, but witnesses one of which is in the CBD in lockdown for over two months, hence delay. Peter James.”

“Very easy until I tried to log on to do my husbands. Then had to call your IT to see how I did this as we use the same email. They were very helpful. I would have liked the opportunity to discuss a situation in s relation you my husbands estranged children”

“Hello lovely people, I used Willed for the first time last week and was pleased at how easy it was to do. Thankyou for that. However when it came to dividing my assets between my 3 children, I found it frustrating that it had to come to 100%, as 3 does not divide equally into 100. I want my children to have exactly the same and this was impossible. Also, I received an email the next day saying there was a huge discount which I had clearly missed by one day! Quite frustrating and disappointing. Why bother to send it to me if it is too late? Otherwise all good and I am so relieved to have it done, although I still need to get someone to sign. Thankyou, Cheryl”
