I?ve never used the website, or heard of the company. A simple google search presented a range of suppliers. I chose Wineware as they gave helpful descriptions with a lot of great options and making a purchase was easy to do. The delivery service was excellent, my order came, as stated, within 5 days in a securely packaged box. The only comment is to ask Wineware to explore other sustainable packaging. It is an understandable necessity, but also seems excessive to have a box inside a box, wrapped in plastic, which could leave a high environmental footprint.
