I’m very sorry for the delay in delivery. Unfortunately, these glasses were out of stock when your order was placed. We emailed shortly after purchase to let you know, and then again to confirm an expected lead time of around 10–14 days while we waited for the new stock to arrive.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible when an item is temporarily unavailable, but we understand that waiting longer than expected is frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving your order. “Old VacuVin pump got stiff and useless; I was prepared to chuck it all in for someting else. But did a bit of research and, having a Mud Daddy and enjoying its recent upgrade to USB powered brushing as anyone with a pack of wet hounds will appreciate, I saw the potential of this upgrade. Huge arm-saver from tedious manual pumping. Only had it a few days but it seems to make wine-saving a doddle: stick it on top of your standard VacuVin cork, press a button and when it stops buzzing, carefully lift it off. Job done! Just a note though: the "corks" require regular maintance or binning: old ones tend to leak slowly, much as my old aunt does!”
