“The actual item I ordered was great. However, becuase their website was so confusing I accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. They did nothing to accomodate the mistake, other than agreeing to let me return it - with a 37 euro return fee for shipping. As far as I am concerned they should have paid the shipping b/c it was their mistake that they have a poor website that makes it very confusing ordering a wine rack! Super irritating and I won't order from them again.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt our website was confusing and that you accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. We try to make our website as clear as possible; the item you purchased states you can purchase either '1x', '4x', or '8x'. You can return the item to us, but as you're in Denmark, I appreciate that this may be difficult and expensive. That said, if you want to return the three unwanted units, we will refund you for those items. Thanks, Mark Wineware

“It's NOT so much that the company is poor more that the product which they sold me is poor "Schott Zwiesel Classico Beer Glasses - Set of 6". The blurb suggests they should be good enough for Baccus himself. I think they are about PoundShop Standard, certainly NOT what I expected from a Known German Company. Delivery from Wineware was as expected especially considering I ordered on Christmas Day. I won't keep the glasses but donnate to charity and look for better more upmarket items. I'll probably never buy glasses online ever again, and I suggest other do so too.”

“Misleading information on product page of item I purchased - states a set of four and it is a single item for the purchase price not four - have contacted customer services to inform them of this and how disappointed I was - the item is no longer in stock as I purchased the last one so now I have a single glass - beware - I read the description carefully and would of purchased four at the checkout had I known this”
