“Old VacuVin pump got stiff and useless; I was prepared to chuck it all in for someting else. But did a bit of research and, having a Mud Daddy and enjoying its recent upgrade to USB powered brushing as anyone with a pack of wet hounds will appreciate, I saw the potential of this upgrade. Huge arm-saver from tedious manual pumping. Only had it a few days but it seems to make wine-saving a doddle: stick it on top of your standard VacuVin cork, press a button and when it stops buzzing, carefully lift it off. Job done! Just a note though: the "corks" require regular maintance or binning: old ones tend to leak slowly, much as my old aunt does!”
“Nook Self Assembly wine rack. Excellent piece of kit. Easy to assemble. Robust and well made. Absolutely flexible in how you can construct it to fit your space. Delivery OK but the box of items to construct the rack had broken open and the metal connectors had spilled out. The aforementioned box was within the shipping box - but not enough packing, therefore it was shaken around, hence the damage to packing. Great rack - but £150???? Must be a good profit margin there!”
“Products arrived promptly. It is almost impossible to open the packaging without damage which means the items can't be returned, according to their t&c's which would put me off using them again.”

However we were a disappointed that after paying for express delivery and ordering on a Thursday, we did not receive our glasses until Monday. The delivery tracker didn't give enough information to avoid our staying in on Friday and Saturday. We are very happy with the glasses themselves, which were well packed and arrived intact.”
“Ordered a pack of six double depth one boxes. Delivered on the day requested, no fuss. Excellent product, now in use. Slight surprise to find I had a pallet to strip at the gate so as to carry boxes inside, then get rid of, as I wasn't expecting that, otherwise great product, great service.”
“No friction at all, actually, but the last stage of opening the box in which the glasses came was a little tricky, and I felt that the glasses could easily have fallen over. I would therefore recommend slightly safer packaging.”
