I’m very sorry for the delay in delivery. Unfortunately, these glasses were out of stock when your order was placed. We emailed shortly after purchase to let you know, and then again to confirm an expected lead time of around 10–14 days while we waited for the new stock to arrive.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible when an item is temporarily unavailable, but we understand that waiting longer than expected is frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving your order.
