I found their NOOK wine-rack an excellent idea and makes up into a sturdy and practical piece of equipment. Takes a bit of time to get together but well worth it the effort. I found the firm courteous and efficient at all stages - e.g when I decided the NOOK was so good that I wanted to add an extension
