Wired4Signs had everything I needed and made it easy to order. The end result is stunning and I'm super happy with it. The reason for the 3* review is that I asked for my shopping cart to be reviewed prior to finalizing to make sure I had exactly what I needed. I was on a deadline. Unfortunately, the chat representative advised me to change out a part in my order which was ultimately incorrect, costing me days and extra dollars to have the replacement (original item I was advised to switch) shipped out 2nd Day Air. To add to the frustration, 4 full days after the incorrect product back was delivered back to the business I have not received a refund for the incorrect product nor have I received a reply to an email I sent inquiring about the status.
