“I took on an intimidating lighting project, which was also my first time installing low voltage lighting, and the team at W4S, specifically Justin, was a 10/10 in helping guide me. After almost literally holding my hand through the quoting and ordering process, they identified exactly what I needed for each of the design circuits, helped me get the installation going and was lock step with post purchase support as well when I was having some issues, that they resolved with their knowledge and expertise. I can't say enough about this team and how happy I, and my customer, are with how the end product turned out!”

“Found the slimmest aluminum railing that would fit my wood acoustic paneling project. Nice to be able to order 6 inch samples first to make sure all was going to work.”

“Super disappointed. I mistakenky ordered an LED Driver, and within 12 hours emailed back my cancellation request. They never responded and shipped it anyway. After I received, emailed again why it wasn't cancelled, and never got a reply!”

“I bought two sets of bathroom niche lighting systems. I did not realize the logistics took longer to deliver them. When I contacted the company, they expedited the shipments at their cost. Good businesses always put their customers first, so I'll come back again if I need other lighting systems, but next time, I'll order earlier.”

“Two thumbs WAY UP for Wired 4 Signs. Our office ordered some products for a client project sight unseen over a weekend. First thing Monday morning when the order was processed, W4S customer service noticed an incompatibility and contacted us immediately. That level of customer service is, unfortunately, unheard of anymore! Most businesses would just send the product, wait for us to realize something was not a good fit, and we'd have to call, reorder and send back the wrong parts. Add to that another wait time to receive the right part(s). Quick thinking by W4S preemted so much hassle and time lost on the jobsite for us! In addition, the shipping was fast, too. We will definitely order from them again, and highly recommend them to other contractors.”
