Super disappointed. I mistakenky ordered an LED Driver, and within 12 hours emailed back my cancellation request. They never responded and shipped it anyway. After I received, emailed again why it wasn't cancelled, and never got a reply!

I was very disappointed with the entire experience, from ordering to the installation of the under-cabinet LED lights. I first saw a video on YouTube about measuring for this product and then called for assistance. After measuring and providing the dimensions of my cabinets, I purchased what I thought was a complete kit. However, when I received the package, it was nothing like what was shown in the video. It turned out to be the wrong LED strip with an incompatible connector. The "easy installation" was far from it; I had to wait for the correct LED lights to be sent, and then dealing with the channels and covers was a real hassle to cut and install. For the price I paid, I could have easily assembled a much better option from Amazon for a fraction of the cost.

As I write this note it is December 10th 2024. I have sent two (2) emails on November 27th 2024 (saying that I did not receive) the solder connectors x's 3. Initially when I placed the order it was supposed to be the Niche series ( that have solderless joints). I did receive an email response saying that a "team member" would be following up. As of this note there has been no response from the "team member". I was very excited to have this product in my niches however, I am going to have to return the product as I can not wait any longer for the items to finish the install. I am very disappointed in the fact that I received the wrong product only the to realize all of the parts were not sent, in addition to, the complete lack of customer service response. OHara Powell

I wanted this to be a good review but after emails and chat I’m left holding the bag on expensive lifting that doesn’t work! I sent videos and chatted with the staff only to be ignored in my time of need.

Extremely disappointed in the overall service. I watched the video on undercabinet LED light installation and was very interested in purchasing the high quality LED lighting shown in the turnket fully assembled package. Howeve, that is far from the experience I had. First It took two days to actually talk to a human being. I emailed detailed elevation shop drawings of my lighting needs with a list of products I hoped to use. Instead of me getting help with fully assembled LED undercabinet lighting ready to install like shown in their video, I received links to purchase everything I needed. I made the purchase, but little did I know I bought my self a weekend science project. I must cut my COB LEDs to size, solder wire leads on all my individual runs, cut my aluminum channels and diffusers to size, drill holes in the end caps, etc. A lot of work that I simply didn't have the time for, and I have an electrician to do the installation. Unfortunately, building LED lights is NOT a service the electrician offers. So, I starting doing the assembly this weekend; and it is a disaster. Right off the bat the vey first LED strip has the glue backing come off with the protective tape. I'm furious with this BS, and will be reaching out to customer service to see about returning everything.
