“The company got me the requested product fast and was the expected product. Would love to have a 1/8th wall thickness option for the acrylic/plex cascade 38 tubing.”

Hi John, I believe that we have that setup already. If you're on an LED channel product page, scroll down to the accessories and the light filters/diffusers should be there. Thanks for the feedback!

“This product worked great. I needed this channel because I could use it in a retrofit application. The channel fit perfectly and the lip did a decent job hiding drywall damage. The only thing I didnt like was the embedding clips didnt come with directions. Other than that it worked out well for a retrofit install.”

Hi Andrew, sorry to hear about that! Any low-voltage LED strip requires a power supply/driver/transformer. We have a wide range on our site, but they are sold separately to the strip. Appreciate the review!

“When I had a technical question W4S was quick to get back to me. They asked for pictures of my wiring, after sending them they went cold and I never heard back. I had to figure out my issue without their help (my lights needed 24v, I had mistakenly ordered a 12v converter).”

“Service was great! follow-ups and call backs were quick. Only trouble - you sold me a channel and LED strip, but the slide-in lens wouldn't fit, the LED strip was too thick. My customer said to forget the lens because the LED was hidden behind a valance. Otherwise, a great experience.”
