I ordered a cool LED light strip, but received a bright blue light. They even recommended an additional converter and another controller, but it wasn’t what I needed.

Hi there Bokul, Looking at your order, it seems there may have been some confusion. You ordered the RGB option, which produces colored light. I'm not sure if this was intentional or on purpose. If you did want the RGB Option, you can create a cool white light by evenly mixing red, green, and blue. To do this, you'll have to correctly wire the strip to the controller and then use the Casambi app to control the strip. I write this with a heavy heart as Wired4Signs has been my go to solution for a few years. I had a big walkway project and went to them, spending over 2k in lighting. While I thought things were okay, it didn’t end up going well. Of all the things I bought, only the power supply and LED channels were salvageable. I tossed their strips and controllers. The software for the controller was the worst thing I ever experienced, the strips weren’t that great either, not having a smooth transition. The advice on connecting them was poor, leaving a lot of wire management without good weatherproofing. I didn’t know how bad it was until I decided, right at the end of the project, to redo the strips. I contacted a new company who understood what I needed and provided super great advice. They gave me solderless connections that were weatherproofed so I didn’t need to worry about any wires. They also disagreed with what I pushed for, explained why, and urged me to get something else — that’s the sign of an expert and they knew they could help me. The new controllers and strips were amazing, and cost me just $600. I feel like such a sap spending as much as I did for this useless junk.

Hi Chris We take this sort of feedback seriously and will analyze this and see how we can do better in future. We are a small company and strive to give excellent customer service along with high quality products. Unfortunately the Strelitzia strip does have diodes far apart and we are in the process of trying to change that . We do not buy from China so our process in changing products takes a little longer for the factory to do the new design. I do not want you or any of my customers to be left feeling bad so I have done a $600 refund in the hopes that that will sweeten things a little. Let me know if I can help further.

requested installation instructions for the LED tape and channel on my order but have not received them. I was told they would be emailed to me.

Product was as stated. Product was $15, shipping was $15 and took 10 days to ship a small box of 3' rolled up product, nothing large and shipped from the US. Will not be using as a source for products due to shipping price and delivery time.

Hi John, I have looked into this Shipping cost us $10.81 and you paid $13.32, so the price was fair but slighting inflated. As for the ten days, this must have been one of the many parcels that have been snared in the significant UPS backlog due to the weather. We usually ship out the same day or the next day. Having said all this - I am happy to write this off as a sample and give you full credit on your purchase if that helps for future.

Limited shipping options, making shipping a profit center is not cool. Price your products appropriately and don’t pad the shipping cost to raise your gp%.

Hi Kevin, we will look into this and certainly take these statments seriously - we never want to make money out of shipping but we have a huge range of products so we try tweek them to be as acurate as possible and if you have been overcharged we will certainly credit
