Hi there Bokul, Looking at your order, it seems there may have been some confusion. You ordered the RGB option, which produces colored light. I'm not sure if this was intentional or on purpose. If you did want the RGB Option, you can create a cool white light by evenly mixing red, green, and blue. To do this, you'll have to correctly wire the strip to the controller and then use the Casambi app to control the strip. One of our customer support specialists has reached out to you with further information. Hoping we can get this straightened out for you!

“I am working on a complex Master Closet overhaul and needed to evaluate multiple designs. I was pleasently surprized to find that W4S sells sample sizes of most of the profiles and LED lighting which has been essential in working out the lighting for this project. I ordered an assortment of recessed profiles and covers which were shipped quickly and completly. All of the product looks very high quality. I plan to use these in this and other projects.”

“This is my third Dalcnet LED Controller purchase from Wired4Signs -like the first and second each worked flawlessly as described. The Dalcnet LED controllers are well described making it easy to select the right controller and features for the project along with comprehensive illustrated documentation that are easy to follow for setup by a novice or expert right out of the box. Made in Italy the Maserati of LED Controllers As for Wired4Signs, over the years I have purchased components and custom designed sign panels, all were made right the first time . . . When you can call or email the owner James Pudney directly and get a response that’s service at it’s very best!”

“Received items on time and they powered up fine, but one led was a different hue than the others which were warm white and the odd led was what looked to be a 5000k blue hue. Reported this to supplier, but haven’t gotten a response.”
