The service is great -- when it works. And the delivery is also great.
But the items I order are often out of stock (though usually not for more than a couple days).
I usually re-order the same items in the same quantity, but the check-out makes re-ordering a fussy process. I also find myself having to re-enter payment details more than once.
So the products are fine, but the website is a pain in the butt.
